Out There Sponsorship

We are looking for your help - whether as a sponsor who can donate financially or contribute to our prize bank; or as a supporter who can donate expertise or facilities; or as an ambassador who can help us to spread the word.

Our Crowdfunder

It costs £20 to fund a team to carry out their community project and we already have lots of sponsors on board who want to help. However, donations are also welcome from individuals who would like to support our young people. If you'd like to donate or know someone who might, please visit our Crowdfunder where you can donate as little as £1.

Our Sponsors

Peter Reading, Chief Executive:

“We’re thrilled to be collaborating with Outwood Grange Academies Trust on their inspiring 'Out There' community action challenge. This initiative will empower hundreds of students to take meaningful action in their local communities over the summer holidays. Through our partnership, we are proud to offer an opportunity for students to fundraise for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service Charity for a vital cause - securing defibrillators for neighbourhoods to help save the lives of people in cardiac arrest. Together, we are focusing on making positive changes to the lives of people in our communities.”

Nikki Jackson, General Manager:

“At Banana Moon, we believe in the power of young people to lead meaningful change. Supporting Outwood Out There means backing not just great ideas, but the future leaders of our communities.

This initiative doesn’t just inspire action - it weaves empathy, creativity, and hope into the very fabric of our neighbourhoods. We’re proud to play a small part in helping these students get ‘out there’ and make a big difference.”

Julie Hawley, Finance Director:

“We are delighted to support Outwood Out There. As a 100% publicly owned organisation, we always seek to make a positive impact on the communities that we serve, and it is a pleasure to be a part of a project that will involve thousands of pupils helping to make a difference in the places where they live. YPO plays an essential part of life for schools throughout the UK and we feel privileged to be able to help young people grow and develop their skills, while giving back to their communities. Good luck, everybody!”

Diane Watson, Founder:

“I feel very proud to support such an inspiring initiative which connects young people with their local communities.”
